There seems to be a confusion in the current popular “Who is Famous Poll.” I don’t intend to be put in the wrong for using my given birth name. The fact of the matter is I own one of the worlds most popular name in history. Legally and officially I own these copyrights, trademarks and even the use of a registered trade mark with the Library of Congress. It seems to me that being famous is an American goal. To admit that I’m not one of the people commonly referred to as Cri-One Aka Chris Brown doesn’t bother me any more (meaning that my id is okay.) the fact of the matter is that it does how ever bother my profits and my past future and present publishing attempts.
I do not act as though I’m the only one that exists unlike the person who has black-branded the name. The name is useless to me, the name is useless and slandered to nearly all other people who practice artistry. Here is a form of identity theft of a copyright kind. Due to the current promotions of one company to popularize that one individual over many has caused not only me, but all who have been given the name a trouble at their own expense. The fact of the matter is that I use two names in order to claim some sort of name branding for myself. When I first started to make “music” I knew that there were already people who were using that name.
So what I did was to save any sort of grace I could with out being held negligent of any sort and to make elbow room for the others who needed to hold the name. That being said, with full intentions of already owning the trademarks to the name I was trying to play nice. And as most people would say this, “Nice guys finish last,” I have this to say - the battle isn’t over it’s just begun. And to speak in a formal way I wish to not seek damages in a lame due course but to rapidly end this with monetary restitution. I am and will change my name also I will no longer continue my artistry hood that ended on March 8th of 2008. I’m contemplating a legal action due to the confusion of who is and who was what I used to be referred to as.
In essence I’m no longer considered by my name and am pursuing damages on the basis of slanderous identity theft. As well as disregard for others named this. Also the monetary expenses lost now and in the past as well as the future. I Christopher Gabriel Brown have been at work since the age of 10 with the LCUS Crioner Co and I am going to change may name in order to claim this relevant and contextually a positive suit. I will free the name rights and be willing to answer all questions on arrival of the gain from the person known as Cri-One Aka Chris Brown by popular opinion. Thank you Christopher Gabriel,
